Our 2001 Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc combines delicate citrus flavors with hints of spice. A touch of Semillon adds body and roundness to a silky mouthfeel. Crisp, cleansing acidity makes Sauvignon Blanc a perfect companion to many foods. Try it with salads, oysters and shellfish, prosciutto, feta and Parmesan cheeses.
